Azimut Yachts fra i protagonisti alla 32a edizione del Palma Boat Show, che era in programma dal 30 aprile al 4 maggio 2015, nella cornice del porto di Palma de Mallorca. Con un format completamente rinnovato l’edizione del Palma Boat Show è stata la più grande di sempre, richiamando visitatori da tutto il mondo e con oltre 3700 brand presenti.
Il cantiere italiano è stato rappresentato da uno dei suoi modelli più sportivi, l’Azimut 55S, ormeggiato in banchina a disposizione di tutti i visitatori. Sorprendentemente veloce, grazie alle novità introdotte in sala macchine, il 17 metri si distingue per prestazioni eccellenti, consumi ridotti e un’ottima manovrabilità. Soluzioni interessanti anche per il layout degli spazi di bordo, a cominciare da poppa dove il portellone del garage si trasforma in una spiaggetta di quasi 2 metri: una soluzione che consente di ottimizzare gli spazi e di rendere più agevole e veloce l’alaggio del tender.
Ampie aree relax sia a prua (unica nella sua categoria) che a poppa dove, grazie all’hard top scorrevole e la completa apertura della porta di ingresso, si riesce trasformare la zona pranzo in una grandissima piattaforma sole e relax. Lo staff Azimut è stato a disposizione dei visitatori sia a bordo che presso lo stand per illustrare le ultime novità e i servizi del cantiere.
I settori del lusso e, nello specifico, della cantieristica spagnola hanno mostrato dall’inizio dell’anno primi segnali di ripresa, un’ottima notizia per Azimut Yachts che è presente sul territorio con ben dodici punti di vendita e Service, di cui uno proprio a Palma di Mallorca, uno dei porti più frequentati dell’area Mediterranea.
Azimut Yachts is one of the stars at the 32nd edition of the Palma Boat Show (30 April to 4 May 2015) against the backdrop of the Palma de Mallorca port. With a completely revamped format, the new edition of the Palma Boat Show is set to be bigger than ever, featuring 3,700 brands and drawing visitors from all over the world.
The Italian shipyard was represented by one of its sportier models, Azimut 55S, moored at the pier and on view for everyone. Surprisingly fast thanks to engine room innovations, this 17-metre vessel stands out for its superior performance, reduced fuel consumption, and excellent handling. It also has an interesting layout, starting with the stern where the garage door transforms into a nearly 2-metre swimming platform; a space optimising solution that also makes launching the tender easier and faster. There are also large relaxation areas at the bow (the only one in its class) and stern; here, thanks to the sliding hard top and an entry door that completely opens up, the dining area transforms into a huge sun and relaxation area.
The Azimut staff was available both onboard and at the stand to illustrate the shipyard’s latest advances and services. Since the start of the year, the luxury sectors – and specifically the Spanish shipbuilding industry – have shown the first signs of recovery. This is excellent news for Azimut Yachts, which has more than 12 sales and service offices in the area, including in Palma di Mallorca itself, one of the busiest ports in the Mediterranean.
